Yeah it's one of the good things about here and one thing I really remember hating was how slow Internet was at home versus at work (cable net vs T1 line).
Ziggy587 wrote:  You saw me get to 28? That's funny. I was surprised because half the matches I was doing pretty bad, not getting a lot of XP. I was forcing myself to use the shotgun on the Archives level so I can get the XP from the Weapon Proficiencies for it. And I'll use a sniper rifle for the first minute on the Jungle map.
Even so though, we were a pretty bad ass team on there. :D
Ziggy587 wrote:So yeah, now we've got the useless mine sweeper. The only time I can see it being useful is when playing Heroes and going after the hero (if they threw down proximity mines). But even with that, I don't think I'm gonna be using it. Maybe after we get to much higher levels, people will have the remote and proximity mines gadgets. Maybe then it will be useful.
Yeah you hit 28 about 4~5 rounds before me. I'm about 12,000 away from 29 now.
Ziggy587 wrote:But next level we get the Vargen submachine gun! Then one more level unlocks Team License to Kill. Then only one more after that is the Kunara pistol. And pretty much every unlock after is pretty bad ass.
The list does look pretty nice from now on.
It seems like there is a good bonus every level. I can't wait for the L45 submachine. Some cheater at level 25 was using it and it's mighty powerful.
Ziggy587 wrote:You play regular LTK yet? I played 2, maybe 3 rounds. It's pretty hard, I think.
I've tried several times but it always seems like I end up hosting and no one wants to play. :(

Rarely though do I have lag in Goldeneye. The few times it happen I was definitely playing some one outside the country. I guess they had a connection that would sometimes drop out (or a shared internet connection with other people downloading) and my ping probably didn't help.

Yeah, we were definitely kicking ass! That was a lot of fun.

You're ahead of me with XP right now, so I'm gonna have to catch up. I was comparing our scores and whatnot, I'm assuming you having played a lot of Black Box or Goldeneye? I've played both those modes a lot, which definitely hurts my score. Accuracy, kills:deaths, and XP:time spent playing. Even when I get first place in Black Box, I never seem to get a lot of XP. Hell of a lot of fun though.

I definitely can't stand cheaters, it annoys me to no end. When we were playing, some one killed with in a few shots when I was at full heath. I immediately pressed select and saw they were at level 1. There's no way the weapons he/she had available would kill me that quickly, especially when I have the health gadgets on.

Yeah, it's definitely the least popular mode from what I've seen so far. It's pretty hard, so that's probably why. I want to at least play it once on every map so I can unlock The World is not Enough accolade. I'm hoping Team LTK will have more players though, that will probably be more fun. But I can imagine myself getting my ass kicked!

I can't believe us and Swift are the only ones playing from Racketboy right now. Other people need to get this game and post their friend codes!

Swift, when we were just playing, I had the weirdest thing happen to me. When we were on the Jungle map, I was running up the stairs. You know that one side that has stairs and walkway (oppose to the other side that's wooden boards)? I was running up that way and fell through the map and was killed. I didn't notice if it said "::skull & crossbones::" so I'm not sure if it counted as a death, but I was spawned exactly where I fell through. Have you ever had anything like this happen before?

Oh, no. Say it aint so! You can't abandon us!

I was messing around with the flash grenades so I was taking more deaths than I should have. I've completed all but three combat abilities, killing while stunned from flash, killing some one that is stunned, or shooting a deployed mine. I wanted to try and get some of them completed for the extra XP.

 But yeah, earlier I was definitely kicking ass in Golden Gun!

You mean unlocks for leveling up? It only gets better! Next level gets you the speed loader gadget which is good mostly for shotguns. I was using it for a while back when I was burning through my clips, but I guess I have a little better aim now. Then level 16 will get you the Stauger UA-1 submachine gun. I really liked this gun. Then the level after that will get you the Bio Booster gadget, which is definitely great to have. And I'm at the point now where pretty much every new unlock is gonna be totally awesome to have.

Cool. Hopefully we'll all see each other on some time!

You guys know how to check, right? Every time I sign on, I go to my friends list and check to see who's on. If the user name doesn't have "(OFFLINE)" after it, then the person is on. You can select a user name and try to join their current game or send an invite. When you try to join a game, it's usually always full. You have to wait for a round to end, when people will usually always drop out and open a spot for you. When you send an invite, the person will get a little on screen message.

We all should get on at an appropriate time. We'll be team Racketboy  That is, if we are not on opposing teams. Anyways, I'm online; care to join?

Swift, I'm gonna go on in just a few minutes.

Yeah, we could be like a clan lol. Maybe we all should put [RB] after our names (like clans do).
