Ever felt let down by a franchise?

Resident Evil. I loved the older games, Re2 being one of my all time favorites. Re5 was a big dissapointment for me personally. Re4 was a great game, but not a great resident evil game if that makes sense. I miss the older style, and I miss zombies. Actually hard puzzles, and trying to save ammo. 1998 come back!
