Not that I've played so far.

Still super disappointed with the Left 4 Dead series. No campaign? No thank you.
The Show. Any year.

And it is a bit unfair to compare L4D to games with a campaign since that's not how it was designed. That's like saying "I'm disappointed in Wolfenstein 3D because you can't see the rooms from an overhead perspective like you could in the earlier games". That's just not the point.

The show is basically MLB Live 2005 with a slower pace. At least that was my experience with Show 2010.

From all the rave reviews of the L4D series, I thought the game would have a point to it. Ended up, to me at least, as a waste of time just dicking around.

The point is to have fun while playing. Trying to survive.

Online a few times, but that was it. Was my mistake to think it had a campaign mode, like almost every shooter ever made, but it was a total bummer to find out there was no real story or resolution. Just pointing and clicking.

...did you not research it before you bought it? L4D and L4D2 are multiplayer FPS games, just like the Team Fortress series, the Unreal Tournament series, Killing Floor, Quake III, the Battlefield series, Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory, the Counter-Strike series, Dystopia, Ricochet, Quake Wars, Warsow, Ace of Spades, Fistful of Frags, the Tribes series, the PlanetSide series, The Ship, the ARMA series, MAG, so on and so forth...

Right, if you're gonna be upset at later Wolfenstein games, it's the inability to steal a dead guard's uniform, unless that's been remedied in one of the last 2 games.

Video game rage knows no bounds.

It's ok though. I'm an A-Lister and Willow is a bitch.

Nope, because I didn't buy it. It was a Christmas gift from my rents.

L42 seemed like dlc from a superior game. Disappointed me like mad.

To be completely fair, I knew exactly what the Left 4 Dead games were going in and I didn't really care for them either. Although I wouldn't say I was disappointed in what they were. They just didn't work for me at all.

Well there's your problem. When my parents want to get me a gift they give me some money and tell me to buy myself something nice (which is the way I want it, that way I get what I want).
