For the next 13 days Nintendo has Mario Tennis: Ultra Smash for 50% off on their eBay store. $25 was my jumping in point, mainly because I don't see big retailers discounting it and you can't get it on Amazon any longer (used is more expensive).

They've moved like 700 of them so far also.

Ultra Smash is hella disappointing, but it's still worth picking up if you're a fan of Mario Tennis.

They're also selling the black WiiU bundle for 33% off ($200) as well. Not bad if you really want one of the things still or a second one.

It's refurbished fwiw, but not a bad price if you need one.

You can also order that stuff from https://store.nintendo.com/ if you want, instead of eBay. I've bought "refurbished" Wiimotes from there before, and they appeared to be new stock in brown box packaging. They don't seem to sell the controllers as cheap now though.

Of note, they also have 50% off the Captain Toad Treasure Tracker with Amiibo as well, bringing it to $20.

If you don't have Treasure Tracker by now, you should! That's a great game, and a great deal with the amiibo.

I placed an order for Mario Tennis this morning. Thanks for the tip, guys!

When that game arrives, there will only be seven more retail games that I will be seeking of my collection:

Devil's Third
The Legend of Zelda Twilight Princess HD
Minecraft Story Mode: The Complete Adventure
Runbow Deluxe Edition
Super Mario Maker
Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE
Tumblestone

I am considering adding Snoopy's Grand Adventure and Sniper Elite V2 to this list, but I think I would be satisfied with my collection without those games. Regardless, I will probably finish up this collection before the end of the year, and I will probably finish it up before I finish up my PS3 collection.

I was sprucing up my WiiU final wishlist today and decided to poke around and see if I could find the Bayonetta 1+2 combo anywhere. Happened to find that the Gamestop by my office had a copy in stock.

Sure, enough - they did! And it was the double case, both discs looked great, had the insert about the electronic manual too.

In re-upping my Power-up Rewards (and hopefully 100x more emails about getting a Gamestop credit card!), I'm getting a $35 coupon for any pre-owned game also. So that'll help finish off the WiiU set.

So my final WiiU wishlist is getting more and more whittled down:

Ducktales: Remastered - supported the digital release when it first came out, want a physical version.

Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker - with the selects release, these original versions are down to like $25 pre-owned. I originally had this free digitally with MK8 purchase.

Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess HD - this is going to most likely end up as my first amiibo (and I kind of want the wolf for Breath of the Wild anyway). I have seen just the game new for $34.

Mario Party 10 - I think these amiibo bundles bottom out pretty good. No rush from me.

NES Remix Pack - another one with digital support from me that I'd like for the shelf and future WiiU machines possibly not tied to my ID. I really liked these games.

Paper Mario: Color Splash - will hold its value for a couple more months I guess. I'm in no rush, but have been slowly exploring picking up the back catalog of Paper Mario and Mario portable RPG games. I do have the Wii game.

Sonic Lost World: Deadly Six Edition
- as I've posted elsewhere, the Deadly Six version is seemingly extinct, but the variant is nice at least.

Xenoblade Chronicles
- you can get this for $30 new now as Gamestop is clearancing them out (along with StarFox).
