My TooManyGames Haul:

Here are some carts from the first vendor who took my money. The NES games were $10 total and the sealed 7800 game was $5:

Image

The second vendor....ohhh boy did they have some magnificnet (and pricey) pieces on display. I managed to snag a few things I'd been after for a while (all had spinecards as well - two are in the cases). I traded a bunch of things that had been stagnating on my trade list (NES carts, Genesis carts, Dreamcast games, etc.) + $50 for:

Image

The last table of the day had a B2G1 sale going on, so I used it to boost my PCE collection. Total for all these games (both pictures below) and stickers: $60

Image
(Bob the Builder is one of my 1 year old's favorite shows, so I couldn't pass it up  )

Image

So $115 + some trade items that hadn't been going anywhere (and would have been a pain to move on eBay) netted me the 21 games above. The interview with James Rolfe and Brett Vanderbrook also went quite well, so look for that podcast episode in the near future :)

Too many games, indeed! :D

holy shit, DSH -- great haul. When I saw the HG101 post about TMG and realized it was in PA, I wondered if you want. Ironic that you picked up Raiden DX the same day I added it to my tradelist. Haha.

Haha, I saw that - not sure about your copy, but this one looks like it has never been touched before (even though it is used). Very minty/shiny :)

I think I almost doubled the size of my PCE collection yesterday, which had me pretty stoked. About 75% of what I bought yesterday was shmups.

I must have missed Kurt - I was there Sunday, he may have been there on Friday or Saturday.

Just before I left the house my SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 0 arrived, and I am expecting a few more goodies in the mail this week :D . It's going to be a good week for the collection!

Got a complete in box, yes I mean actual cardboard box, Splatterhouse, The Legendary Axe, and Bonk's Adventure for $60. I was shocked to see these in a game store. Pics tonight.

Nice finds!

The 7800 Jinks game caught my eye. I too bought one years ago still sealed as well. I think it was clearanced at KB Toys. An okay game, bounce the ball at various obstacles. Got me wondering how rare is this game, probably one of the last commercial 7800 games released?

A few more B2G2F from a couple weeks ago

All three PS2 games HDAdvance compatible!

PS2 Terminator 3 Rise of the Machines $6.99
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/termi ... used/30788
A basic FPS. I did notice a harder to control aim compared to Black and Time Spitters. Meh, deleted since I'm hooked on Time Spitters Future Perfect right now.

PS2 Jak and Daxter Precursor Legend $2.99
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/jak-a ... gacy/17189

Image
Has anyone tried Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier ?

Precursor is the first of the Jak series, a great explore and platformer game with hilarious animation. One of the few games I don't press the bypass button at the cut scenes, the movies are a riot!. Anyone who has not tried the Jak and Daxter series should give it a go. Made by Naughty Dog, the same developer who created the Crash Bandicoot series on the PS1.

PS2 Bloodrayne 2 $9.99 FREE
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/bloodrayne-2/34041
Reminds me of the Gameplay of Devil May Cry mixed in a little of Tomb Raider when jumping on the poles. Feed Attack!

DDR RUN

Image

An era where skill and massive endurance is required in a "Move" game.

PS2 Dance Dance Revolution Super Nova - $4.99
http://www.gamestop.com/ps2/games/dance ... used/62094
I have tons of PS1 DDR games and a few Dreamcast ones as well. Going thru the entire line, PS1 3rd Mix is still my favorite. Highlights of these two are some original "MTV" videos incuding Cyndi Lauper Girls Just Want to Have fun. What the hell happened to Captain Jack, so lame!

PS2 Dance Dance Revolution Super Nova 2 - $7.99

I already have the other four Konami PS2 DDR games, got these two to supplement. just missing the two X series. Interesting 80s clip is in this one, Take on Me by A-Ha. No, I will not get the PS2 Disney Channel version.

Dance Dance Revolution KONAMI Pad - $19.99
http://www.lunavideogames.com/
KONAMI PAD! KONAMI PAD! YES! The PS2 version made by Konami, this one still new in the box! It has a nice Rubber bottom and is also compatible with PS1 DDR games.
The PS2 version is missing the and pads. A hope the PS2 pad is more durable with two less traces feeding out to the pads.

Not at Gamestop, but at a Retro Store, LUNA GAMES.
