If I wanted a coke and whiskey...

I've never enjoyed a coke and whiskey (too sweet). I do enjoy an Old Fashioned, but I prefer my whiskey neat 9.9 times out of 10.

But! I have had a Jack and Ginger made with a real ginger beer, and although it tasted like something else, it was pretty delightful. It cleared out the pipes if you would.

That reminds me, I need to pick up some ginger beer or Vernor's Ginger ale.

Jamaican ginger ale (I'm assuming ginger beer and ginger ale are the same thing) is the absolute best.

In my ignorance, I will assert that SoCo and cold medicine are pretty much the same thing chemically...so, unless you have concerns about the Eggnog...drink up!

The Harris Teeter grocery stores sell it here in Charlotte; so, I am pretty sure that you can pick it up in NC at least.
