I have it on Steam, but haven't played yet... would much rather have the convenience of a console release, so this is good news to me. Was there a date attached yet?

That's a bit weird. Darksiders II was a launch title I think. Why wait till now to bring the first game to Wii U?

It's going to be a remastered version, also coming to Xbox One and PS4, and arriving sometime in last quarter of this year.

Whut? I really enjoyed that game. It's like dark and emo Zelda. :) It's the sequel that isn't as good, but still solid. The addition of Diablo elements brings the experience down.

My family absolutely loves the Wii U especially Wii Fit U. Each family member has a Fit Meter. My 9 yrs old son is addicted to Splatton once I got him the game. Each Fri, Sat and Sun he gets 30 mins of playtime and that's all he play. He got very excited when I bought him the Splatton Amiibo recently.

He finished Mario 3D World. I got him Mario Kart 8, Super Mario Maker, New Super Mario Bros U and a few other, but he would only play Splatton now. Anyone enjoys playing Splatton here?

I'd love for you guys to both tell me when you last played it... maybe I'll bite my tongue if it was recent, but I tried playing it just a few years ago because naturally everyone hailed it as a good game to own, and I thought it was terrible. The combat is really flat with minimal combos, I do not like the art style at all (or anything similar to that fat Warhammer-esque kind of thing going on), and do you guys remember the flying creatures and that one long annoying kill animation you have to repeat a thousand times over? I can't help point that out but it bugged me that much. The environments were super boring too, back when that brown phase was going on. I watched a friend play some dungeons back when it was newer and looked more appealing, but like most Zelda clones it looked like Zelda for toddlers with the puzzles. I've also never really liked anything that tries to imitate Zelda that closely, so it had that stacked against it for me too.

I'm shocked it's as popular as it is. ROUGH might be an understatement to me. About as average as it gets in my book. lol

Oh I've never played it. I was just wondering, as I've heard nothing but good things about it.

Well, I'd be curious to hear your thoughts on it if you get to it.

It's just big time one of those cases where I wonder, is all the love just stemming from its initial release and reception? I don't think I would have liked it much if I played it when it came out myself, but time definitely hasn't been nice to it either. Not that I think age generally dictates quality (especially being on RB and all haha), but yeah it just felt like super rough early last gen stuff to me.
