I'm actually surprised he didn't mention the price in Metal Storm, as it's pushing $100 now.

Anyway, I love a nice, soothing game from time to time, and the Harvest Moon series is one of my favorites. Even with that price, I'll track it down eventually.

So, SNESdrunk, what else are you currently thinking about putting together?

I'm one of those people that works wayyy ahead in advance. So, already in the can: SNES Street Fighter II games, Axelay, Chaos Seed, games that were difficult as a kid vs. difficult now, and a video on the weird sword-and-sorcery kick Capcom went on for a bit.

Would also like to do a potential SNES Remix for Wii U video, then eventually dive into some SNES rom hacks like Super Metroid Zero Mission and Hyper Metroid.

The funny thing though about the hm one you just did, it would be nice if the SFC version had a fan translation to match the crazily expensive one so maybe there'd be a cheaper option for those of us who like the 20-30 price tag better...

Great call. I've found Polish and German translation patches but no English ones. Someone should get on that

Yeah apparently my google-fu decided to work this time...I think r9 is officially my favorite guy around here since I think he even posted a link or two in the r5 topic to a drive where he was storing stuff like this for us to download(I need to find that again and start really trying to get some imports again).

I remember feeling uneasy spending $30 on the game, but soon after everyone and their father's brother's nephew's cousin's former roommate started talking about it and the price exploded.

Anyway, yeah this game is hard. Irem did some brutal stuff back then. I'm surprised more people haven't started talking up Holy Diver on the Famicom. It's like they said, "People are calling Castlevania hard? We'll show those wimps hard."
