As much as I did not enjoy Twilight Princess the first time through, I am tempted to buy HD just for Wolf Link in BotW.

I'm liking it so far, about an hour and a half in. I'll ask you for your thoughts once I'm done.

I have the GCN version - got stuck years ago, haven't played it since. Didn't pick up Wii version - assumed just updated graphics / diff. controls, but same game, yeah?

Is the Wii U version much different yet?

I know that the Wii version Link was right-handed instead of left, as well as the entire world bring mirrored. In the Wii U version there is a more difficult version called "Hero Mode.". Also the graphics have been tweaked in various ways to make it look better. It does look quite good on my TV.

Also, I think some sort if challenge mode is opened with the Wolf Link amiibo.

It unlocks an extra dungeon IIRC.

The Wii U version is somewhat more streamlined and makes things like the Poe challenge easier. The graphics are nice and the Wolf Link, as Elkin stated, unlocks a new dungeon. It's the definitive version of the game.

Is anyone else getting Tokyo Mirage Sessions? I have the special edition pre-ordered so I'll be picking that up with Mighty No. 9 on Friday.

I've had it preordered for a few years, taking advantage of the big discounts offered after E3 a while back. Makes the Day 1 purchase pretty affordable, especially for a niche Nintendo-published game that I don't anticipate dropping in price very much.

Looking forward to the game... I think. The story seems pretty crazy... but I'm playing Persona 3 Portable now and have always liked the Fire Emblem series. Getting a colorful RPG with great lineage on Wii U is a pretty sweet deal and early reviews/impressions have seemed favorable.

Any opinions about the lack of English audio? Although it would be nice to have, I don't feel it's a deal-breaker for a niche game centered on Japanese idol culture. Might make sense to leave things "as is" anyway - especially since music plays a big part of the game and is much harder to translate well.

Kind of a shame that Nintendo localization made a bunch of "why bother?" cuts and changes to content. None of the cuts seem to matter overall, but they also don't seem necessary or beneficial. (I care less that the changes were made than that time/money/resources were wasted to make them. Whatever. In the end it won't matter.)

I missed out on the special edition, but I have the standard edition pre-ordered via Amazon. I'm a HUGE Fire Emblem fan (it's my favorite Nintendo franchise), and I'm a relatively new but still solid SMT fan (I've only played SMT4 and Persona 4, but I Persona 3 on my to-play-this-summer list, and I've got SMT4 Apocalypse pre-ordered), so I'm pretty stoked for it.

I almost always see eye to eye with the folks at NintendoLife on games, so that review is a big plus for me. This will almost certainly be the next game that I play.
