Why wouldn't the update just hit when the PSN store updates on Tuesday afternoon? Are they making a special exception or something?

It's already released and available to be downloaded on the PSN store. It is just locked until 6/3, which I assume means 12am PST on 6/3.

Ppls that preordered are able to get ahold of it, although there are reports of folks who have SSFIV disc and AE digital update getting their AE data screwed up or something. I have AE on disc, so not a prob for me. Those in the aforementioned situation might wanna do some research.

No idea. I'm going to pass unless it's $5 or less (which I can't imagine it is). I'll pre-order the physical for PS3, though. That's $39.

Digital Ultra update is $15. PSN finally let me in to buy it.

Anybody know if this still has cross-edition netplay like before with Super and AE? (Not talking about the offline only "version select" thing.)
