did you end up beating Mass Effect?dsheinem wrote:Chrono Trigger on the SNES for the first time ever. I'm one hour in and already am impressed by the look and especially the sound of the game - this is some seriously fine musical composition and audio chip wizardry!

I have the disc, but my PS2 is broken, so I fired up an emulator, grabbed an iso, and I'm playing Persona 4. The iso I have was an "undub" by somebody who didn't get the memo that the Persona 4 dub is excellent , and the cutscenes are thus japanese-only, no subs, and even turning the voices off in configuration doesn't work. There's a few slowdown issues, but I'm able to get it to work. 2 hours later I just got Yosuke's persona.

Finally started playing Treasure of the Rudras after buying a repro off of Ziggy like 6 months ago. I'm enjoying it so far. The graphics are some of the best I've seen on SNES; Ryuji Sasai's soundtrack is great; the manta system is cool (though I can already see some problems with it); everything else is pretty standard SNES-era jRPG stuff (which is fine by me).
I'm known as ZebetiteGlitch or Zeza Von Thantos on other platforms.

Been meaning to get through that game myself someday, looks like FFVI-2, haha.KillemallCFH wrote:Finally started playing Treasure of the Rudras after buying a repro off of Ziggy like 6 months ago.
