Taking an MOH break on the PC anyway, trying to finish Call of Duty. I do believe I'm almost there now. Driving tanks is really freaking sweet.

UT2004 has some really sweet mods out there, I loved how the game and the engine encouraged all kinds of crazy maps and games. There are even some pretty good RPG-style mods out there I enjoy.

So I've been playing The Darkness lately. It has some rough edges, such as bizarre moments with the AI, characters that feel vulgar to the point of ridiculousness, and invisible walls which sometimes tamper with my exploration. But then I impale an enemy on a spike of pure darkness and feast upon his heart to feed from his strength, and I suddenly remember what I like about the game.

Very true. Using the darkness to pull a man's intestines out through his anus and then getting rewarded for an "assecution" is about as vulgar as it gets.
