What was the last movie you've seen?

Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

I didn't know that this existed. I'm off to amazon to check this out, as Tribe is in my top three of hip hop groups.

Speaking of, watched AWESOME, I F****** SHOT THAT. Reliving that concert is so awesome, although I didn't see them in NY, rather in Atlanta. Best concert I've attended.

Finally watched Terminator Salvation.

It started out kind of like a campy mix of Book of Eli, Fallout 3, and Transformers. Not great, but fun and I wanted to see where it went. Then halfway through the plot fell apart in a way that reminds me of Bioshock.

For those who don't know about this film, I feel sorry for you.
NICE!

I'm such a sucker for John Waters flicks. Possibly my favorite director.

yeah I'm dying to see it. It's not streaming on Netflix and I've only found copies for $30. (@Luke, Midnight Marauders is hands-down my favorite hip hop album of all time).

Saw Road Warrior at a theater last night. I'm not sure I'd actually seen it all the way through as some parts were new to me. Good stuff and amazing when you think about how little Max says even though he's the main character.

It looks like a Japanese version of Terminator. Am I close at all?

It's more like a much, much more graphic (and dare I say sillier?) version of Robocop, except instead of being about a cop who gets turned into a machine, it's a Yakuza gang member... and there are plenty more dick jokes.

here's the trailer if you're curious:

It's #1 on my queue, and I'm simply itching to watch it.

I'm right there with you noise, but I tend to constantly switch my favorite hip hop album from Midnight Marauders and The Low End Theory. All depends on my mood, as Low End has a much more of a chill/jazz vibe to it, while MM is more of an amped up celebration of hip hop. But yeah, both albums are phenomenal and timeless.

MADEA'S BIG HAPPY FAMILY

This is probably my eighth viewing; well ninth if you count the theatrical release. It's far from perfect, I could see how others wouldn't find it funny, but its silly humor is right up my alley. And it's not that "it's so bad it's funny", it's just goofy and over the top (and surprisingly well written).
