Which console is seen as the "bust a move" console? Is it the Saturn?

Just look in our Wii U thread.
I think the Wii U thread is about Wii U being in trouble and people are discussing its latest news and how to turn Wii U into a success. I do not think any one is even arguing that the Wii U is the better console between the PS4 and Xbox One

Technology doesn't have much to do with why there are more multiplats (think Pre NES days, a lot of consoles had the same games). Has more to do with the way the user bases are distributed amongst the platforms. Back in the day, Nintendo had a lot of leverage, so they could tell 3rd parties not to give someone like Sega any games, so Sega would have to make their own games until their user base was big enough for 3rd parties to start coming over. If they had been on even playing field, then they could have had a lot of the same games come out on SNES and Genesis despite the hardware differences, same with Master System and NES.
I disagree. Games on Genesis were very different from games on Snes. Playing 64 was very different from Saturn or PS1. The Wii is no where anything like PS3. There was a split on who had the better games. Today games are so similar on each console that the wars are on DLCs and who releases his game a month or 2 earlier.

You have to look at it when the Dreamcast was new. What console offered stuff like Soul Calibur, Sonic Adventures, Crazy Taxi, Code Veronica, Power Stone, Virtua Tennis, Jet Set Radio,Shenmue. All of this is mediocre?

Pretty much. Code Veronica looked nice upon release and was one of the few titles I was interested in on the Dreamcast. Everything else wasn't my cup of tea and I decided to go with the PS2 instead (turns out, that was a pretty ok move). I have nothing against the system, but the games just don't seem all that impressive to me.

To me, the most impressive thing about the Dreamcast is how well it holds up visually. The PS2 can't even compete in this respect as the Dreamcast with VGA out absolutely decimates the picture quality of the PS2.

However, if you were to go back in time, not only were the games awesome but it was a very forward thinking console. Some examples would be the dial-up ability included with every console for online play, VGA out (480p), and online voice chat for console gaming.

Comes down to the game library for me, and PS2 has one of the biggest and best in console gaming. Obviously the DC died prematurely, but it is what it is.

Definitely, PS2 has a fantastic library that is unmatched.

Glad you got this one. I honestly think Ecclesia is the best Castlevania since Symphony Of The Night. I enjoyed all of it.

Absolutely 100% true. Greatest console you can own overall.

How do you guys think the PS3 library compares to the PS2 library? I personally think there isn't much of a comparison...

So, I picked up Fallout New Vegas, and have been playing around with some different builds and such. Currently, I'm trying to do an energy weapons build, but there's hardly any ammo around. I don't want to restart again though, and I don't know whether it would be worth it to dump a bunch of points into guns, so...

I love the cannibal perk so much though.
