:? But not as hard as I heard it was.
What world are you on? I went from getting every A+, bandage and warp zone on World 3, to barely scraping by on World 4, to throwing my controller in disgust on World 5.
Only a couple of dark world A+es away from 100%ing World 1, and that was just with the keyboard. Once I get a SNES to USB adapter I should be playing even better.
Yeah... Just you wait.

Had like two mild panic attacks today at work. Just had to leave and sit down for like 10 minutes in the bathroom to catch my breath. Still can't control my bad spikes of random stress/anxiety!

I just don't get it ... but I am really starting to bank on the idea that I probably needed to move out of the house YEARS ago. When it sounds like a large majority of others out there will tell you the complete opposite ... "Save money, yadda yadda". Even when my homelife isn't abusive and crazy, but... nobody around here does anything. So that's another thing that just hit me, I'm probably very adaptive to environments. Like my mom procrastinates doing shopping, or major things around the house for days, one time it was even a week for food. We scratch by all the time. My sister is pregnant like I ranted before and just a wreck... and my dad, just isn't around much and doesn't get it. Despite owning my own car, having a good job with good pay, and just other good things... it's like I just can't appreciate the little things anymore.

I've been on the idea for months, even a year or two now. But yeah, I just think and hope my life will do a 180 when I finally get out of here in a few months (waiting for my friend who I'll roommate with to end his lease). Finding self worth, taking on challenges myself, supporting myself, responsibilities, structure, order... it's like I have none of these now or can't identify them. Life if just passing me by while I'm wasting time here doing nothing at home.

But things are hellish again. With all this health junk going on I've missed a lot of work and I guess I'm one to two more days of calling in to being fired. I just can't lose this job when I want to move out ASAP. Not the most fun time in the world for this to be hovering over my head. My boss recommended I fill out for LOA though that'll help her write off a lot of my call ins, since I kind of explained to her what's going on with me in doing all this enzyme therapy, etc, junk that's messing with my body and everything for awhile now. I'm so sick of this place anyways though, it's like it'd almost be a sigh of relief if I got laid of. But again... I need the money and I think I'd have an extremely hard time finding something else that'd match this pay for me.

Crazy stuff fellas... standing on the cliff...

I ordered this Charles Linden's "Stress Free in 30 Days" and maybe it was a horrible buy, or maybe it gets better eventually ... but so far it's just stupid. Lots of irrelvent chapters or things I'm already doing / common sense (Diet, Exercise, etc). Is the Charles Linden program BS or any good? Anything anyone would recommend?

Maybe this would help me?

^Funny you should link that video, I was actually going to recommend trying meditation.

Just try doing one a day until you get into the routine. It helped with my anxiety a lot.

Yeah I'll seriously have to consider that perhaps. My doctor/chiropractor also suggested I start running/biking or something, something to get some adrenaline burning which does makes a lot of sense to me. My stress has manifested into to much over the last two years or so, I get really shaky sometimes... crazy physical symptoms. It's been extra bad lately, no idea why. When I'm at home though, some quick pushups and things like that honestly help a bit.

The best kind of exercise is the kind you enjoy. Where do you live? Hiking/rock climbing really takes the edge off.

Personally, when it comes to stress and exercise, I've always found that putting on fast, loud music and run on a treadmill or roll on an exercise bike at the highest speed until I fall down from pure exhaustion about 20 minutes or so. I've gotten a bloody nose or two like that, but I do feel better.

I started doing this about 3 weeks ago, and it works pretty good for me. Might not be a good suggestion, but its up in the air.

Smile I went and applied for a job at this nice restaurant that just opened up and ended up talking to the host for awhile so hopefully she'll put in a good word for me.
I'm also quitting smoking. I haven't had a full cig in two days. I have taken puffs from my girlfriends so I don't fly offs the handle. It's progress I guess and I really want to quit so hopefully it sticks this time.

Might want to look into rock climbing gyms in your area, but I have no idea if that's even a think in Kansas.
