Has Mario Maker gotten a release date yet? I'm so psyched for that game.

Edit: Google is my friend. September 11. Ugh, RIGHT when I go back to work from 3.5 weeks of vacation. Literally, that's my first day back. Siiiiiigh.

Oh well, will just have to sneak it in before/after work :D
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!

The Wii U broke 10 million units.
At this point in the Gamecube's life, it had sold over 15 million... ouch.

It was $100 cheaper so that can be a factor.

That's too bad. The WiiU is such a great system (espeically for "old fashioned" gamers like me). I absolutely adore mine, and I am getting a tremendous amount of entertainment value out of it.

Found out Terraria is getting ported to the WiiU (and 3DS.) Not having had a chance to play it yet, this makes me very happy.

Same here. I love this thing. My only complaint is that I don't get to use it as much as I'd like.

Me too. Like most things, that is due primarily to my work schedule...

On the upside, our Wii U collections will probably become valuable once the system dies for a few years and everyone decides it was good after all.

I'll loudly profess my love for the Wii U as well. Such a great system.

I just picked Legend of Kay - Anniversary which oddly came in a Wii style white case instead of a Wii U style case. While this game is still available at Amazon and such I don't think the print run on this one was very large. GameStop doesn't appear to have gotten many copies and most stores near me got 1 or 0.

I've also pre-ordered Mighty No. 9 and I'm trying to decide which system to get Shovel Knight on. I have the Wii U download but I'm tempted to grab the retail copy as well. Or I could get it on the 3DS which I don't have the game on. Decisions, decisions...
