Just came back from Gamestop yet again. Okay these more popular games will make amends for my last two purchases. Hey, I still like the previous games I bought. Where's
Noise, I think I caught your Gameboy sickness. Blame it on Gamestop who will be shutting down GBA buybacks in a few weeks.
Gamecube FZero - $4.99http://www.gamestop.com/gc/games/f-zero-gx/25469Complete with Gamecube case, manual and Health Warning brochure. Bah! The FZero themed
Nintendo Power subscription flyer is missing. Minor at least everything else is pristine, even the mirror finish on the read side the disc.
GBA FZero GP Legends - $4.99http://www.gamestop.com/gba/games/f-zero-gp-legend/35081Of course I had to get the GBA version. FZero doesn't have link sharing with the Gamecube. I was hoping a similar link function as in Metroid Fusion. But it does link with another GBA utilizing the
Multiboot Single Cart function!
GBA Gunstar Heroes - $2.99http://www.gamestop.com/gba/games/gunstar-super-heroes/38880Did I do good here? Amazing how low priced this one is. You can't get a better deal then this for the great Treasure Sega Genesis remake!
GBA Super Puzzle Fighter II - $4.99http://www.gamestop.com/gba/games/super-puzzle-fighter-ii/26284I already have the PS1 and Dreamcast versions. Great game for the portable GBA and an instant on version to play on the HD with the Gamecube GB Player.
I bought and returned GBA Sega Smash Pack. I am spoiled by other Emulation compilations that have more in the cart. This one only had three Sega Genesis games! It was only two bucks but the Genesis Ecco, Gauntlet and Sonic Spinball are none I really cared for.

yeah, my favorite puzzler. BTW, the GBA version lets you play two players on one GBA. P1 uses left, right and L. P2 uses A, B and R.

Thankyou! So that is how the
Versus Mode works! Looks like a tap of the trigger to spin and hold to drop. Actually trying this dual player as a single player, keeping both alive. Can you say multi task?

This will be interesting to see how it transposes on the Gamecube GB Player with an adapted PSX Arcade stick layout.
GameCube ..... PS1/PS2
A ................... X .................... Right Player
B ................... Square ............ Right Player
R ................... R2 .................. Right Player
L ................... L2 .................. Left player
D-pad .......... D-pad ............ Left Player
When I look at portable gaming, the Cell Phone is the always available convenience. The GBA SP is up there too. Both can fit in the front pants pocket, the newer portable gaming devices are just too bulky.
