Fosters Freeze
No not the cartoon, but an old icecream shop that serves very tasty chocalate dipped soft serve vanilla icecream. The shop I go to is really run down, but I love it! Inside is furniture from the 70's, almost like I stepped back in time. Seriously, Dairy Queen soft serve is bland compared to Frosty's Ice Milk which has a hint of sweet condensed milk flavor in it.

One of the Thrift Stores where I load up on games is in the background. The best icecream and inexpensive games to find, oooh life is good! :D

I had my first bite, in my entire life, of a Cheddar Bo Biscuit this morning and now I understand why people flip out if their local Bojangles doesn't serve them.

I thought it would be a regular biscuit baked with cheddar inside it. I thought wrong. It's closer to a grilled cheese, but with a biscuit, and cheddar that pours and o ozes out of the biscuit to the point where you get these delicious burnt cheese corners.

But I only had that one beautiful bite since I noticed that the beast of a biscuit contained 20 grams of fat (7 or 8% saturated) and nearly 350 calories. Not to be crass, but everything about the Cheddar Bo reminds me of Chris Farley, down to the way it looks (yes, I anthropomorphize food).

Everything you need for potstickers, and a bonus photobomb from my dog:

Chicago style hotdogs shouldn't include fresh tomatoes, only pickled tomatoes, but I'll let it slide.

For some reason, I felt the need to go on a feeding frenzy tonight. Pork loin, rice, a grilled ham & cheese, cantaloupe, a pear, a PB&J, two glasses of diet Pepsi, a cup of coffee, a can of Monster, and a 4 pack of Chips Ahoy all fell before me. I don't know why I was so hungry, but I certainly feel better now. And now I have to work out tonight to stave off the guilt.

That was smart to make it look like the Mexican flag. Too bad it's upside-down for the picture!

Since my parents are in town we are eating poorly. Last night was tex mex, local place where we usually get fajitas since thats enough for four people for $15 with tip, followed by FoodLion exclusive Cheerwine Sherbert - which is AMBROSIA.
