For the runners up poll, should we do the choices with the most votes that DID NOT win??

Or, are we going to do every single choice that did not win??

Quick question...we have a few where two categories are tied for second place. I am just going to pick one of them for those months if no one objects (like, within the next hour or so)....Is that cool with everyone?

I think we should have a run-off voting thread for each of them.
