Anyone play this? I'm digging the art and graphical style.

Kind of miss the tg16. Especially now that I'm all about everdrives. Last year I found 2 systems with games. Let's see if I can find another one cheap this year. I'm not expecting it though.

It means "idol worshiper" if you're curious like I was. Looks like an RPG? Are you using a translation?

I should clarify. I haven't actually played it yet.

My praise is based solely on screenshots and artwork. I'm gonna buy it when I have a chance. There's no translation that I know of, I'll just play it in Japanese.

So I got my TurboDuo out of storage not too long ago. It works but I noticed the video connector (is it called a DIN?) is wobbly where the AV cable connects to the system. I had to wiggle it to get the picture right. Is this fixable? Also, I seen on Ebay people talk about getting TurboDuo's recapped. What is that?

Video connector should be able to be re-soldered to make it not be loose, yes.

Recapping a system (Turbo Duos are common, Game Gears are common, several arcade boards are common -- but any and all systems can have it done) involves changing the capacitors (caps) out. They tend to bulge and eventually fail as they're getting up there in age, especially in systems that maybe didn't use the highest quality ones to begin with. Typically this will result in better color and/or audio - occasionally to the point of bringing a system back from the dead.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!

Has anyone used a core Grafx or shuttle or know if either are good or bad systems? They appear to have AV out and I'm looking for a system for hu-card Everdrive play.

A Core Grafx or Core Grafx II would be better because then you can connect it later to a couple different CD-ROM units, should you eventually want to go that direction.

Also, they are adorbs! The Core II I think has a minor CPU revision shared by the SuperGrafx that cleans up some audio in a couple titles, doesn't break anything, but is otherwise pointless.
