Egads... Some of the moves look interesting, but the character design is garish and horrible. In fact, the SFV designs look pretty bad in general. I know Street Fighter is more cartoon-y than serious in many ways, but I think they've gone the wrong direction with the art design in pursuit of that.

I think the recommended is a GTX 960, which at ~$200 isn't that bad an upgrade.
