OMG Felicity took me forever. Either I was under-leveled (have not done too many side quests) or I'm just not good w/ battles I can't snipe on. But I got her down finally. Felt good.

DO THE SIDEQUESTS. Felicity is a somewhat tough fight, but you gotta do the easy side quests.

Its not really grinding though, and the sidequests are where the best lines come from. Do all of them but the "To Arms" quest and youll be good. You have to do the basketball one, that is one of my favorites.
