Cubivore may or may not be a good game, can't vouch for it personally... I just know it's an expensive one due to rarity.

Now that I think about it, the most expensive GameCube game might actually be this. Notice the tiny little word "Plus" on the title, makes all the difference.

I think I'll have to definitely give cubivore a try, especially because it's a Atlus game(I've not been disappointed with the few games of theirs I have owned yet...). The other sounds interesting too, guess it was limited print or something but still want it just because I always hear a lot about phantasy star especially the online game....

This day and age, you'd probably be better off with this version:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasy_Star_Universe
http://phantasystar.wikia.com/wiki/Phan ... _Illuminus

Or this one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasy_Star_Portable
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasy_Star_Portable_2

Or even this one:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Phantasy_Star_0

As far as getting GameCube games that are good, sorta rare, and not insanely expensive in the aftermarket, I can recommend these:

http://img.gamefaqs.net/box/7/8/5/15785_front.jpg
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baten_Kait ... Lost_Ocean
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Baten_Kaitos_Origins
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_Kingdoms
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lost_Kingdoms_II
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/P.N.03

Just for starters. The GameCube actually has a lot of nice games...

Cubivore is excellent, but supremely difficult. I bought it as soon as I found a copy after launch.

Which means for the phantasy star one(which I think gs may be selling in my area for a decent price) that i'll have to find someone who is selling a psp pretty fairly priced...already have the vita but I'm almost certain it's not there and I'm starting to prefer physical ones if I can get it unless the game is free on psn XD I will definitely try the other ones you listed though...

Best I can tell, the PS: Portable games aren't available on the PSN store. Which is most unfortunate. I wish Sony would make a peripheral for the Vita that allowed you to install/copy your UMD games directly to it... but I digress.

Well that was a planned thing and japan may have got a taste of it...but apparently it either didn't work out or sony didn't like the idea of giving people a cheap re-buy of a game they already owned from what I recall....but back onto the subject of GC XD

I'm working on it!!!!!! You saw my collection of Gamecube FPS is near complete, so this one will hit mine real soon.

Game Sack had that in their last video. It might hit my radar eventually.

Another question - anyone have or had Odama? I saw it CIB at one of the fleamarket stores I was at, but is the special microphone accessory required to play it?

I am with you! I tend to enjoy their tastes, but they never got to experience the beauty of the original Chibi-Robo. I Gave my copy to my 11 year old brother-in-law and he lists that as one of his all time favorite games.

That game gets me right in the feels for the strangely heavy plot of a broken family, next to toys coming to life. So much fun!
