All Stars is awesome. I have it on the 3DS and it's so much fun! If you go in expecting a traditional wrestling game, you'll be disappointed. But if you know what you're getting and enjoy OTT fighting games, then it's good fun.

I can't wait for WWE 2K14 though! The 30 Years of Wrestlemania mode should be great fun. I just wish we could have got the Attitude Era mode part 2. Ending the one in WWE 13 in 1999 was lame. Why not explore 2000 with the McMahon-Helmsey era and go on up to early 2001?

All-Stars looked far too over-the-top even by wrestling standards. It came off as cartoony to me. So it turned me away from it immediately.
cartoony and over the top is what we are looking for

30 Years of WrestleMania sounds cool to me. I'd like to see an Attitude Era 2, as well. But I'm not complaining, either.

My only complaint would be some of the choice of matches, but it's no biggie. I would have liked to have had more matches from the Attitude Era and less from the more modern era. WrestleMania X7 is basically the greatest WrestleMania ever, yet it only has one match in mode whilst some other WrestleManias have more. There's three matches for Rock vs Stone Cold (15, 17, 19) couldn't they have had more variation?

Some matches can't be helped though with many of the superstars being in TNA.

Pretty sure that doesn't matter, though. They show current TNA wrestlers in past footage all the time in WWE DVDS.

It does matter when it comes to the games. DVDs don't matter because WWE still owns the rights to that archived footage. TNA would hold all rights to the use of the character in games. The only reason WWE got away with having Hogan in the game is because there's some weird legal stuff where Hogan owns part of the rights to his likeness and WWE still own some of the rights.

I'm glad I'm not a lawyer.

Maybe he was a WCW guy back in the day.

I preferred WCW. I would watch Nitro live, but at the same time I was a recording Raw on a VHS to watch later.
