Lots.
One by name though, Mega Man 2.
Fun for a run, fun to complete, fun to try alternate routes, fun for a special rule challenge, and just fun fun fun.

Crazy Taxi - My God, that game is addictive as hell. I never get tired of it. CT2 was also good, but I didn't enjoy driving around New York as much. Never tried any of the games that came after it.
Gunstar Heroes - Always loved it. What I like about it is, unlike Contra, it's relatively easy.

Mortal Kombat (Arcade) - Just love everything about it - characters, graphics, gore, music, sfx
Galaga (Arcade/Multi) - Do you risk losing a plane for more firepower? YES!
Arkanoid (Arcade/NES) - Not very good at it. But I have to play it every time I get the chance
Duck Hunt (NES) - Always fun and addicting. I'm still amazed by the precision of the Zapper
Ice Hockey (NES) - Still one of best hockey games ever made, imo
Evander Holyfield "Real Deal" Boxing (Gen) - Still one of the best boxing games ever made, imo
Virtua Fighter 2 (Saturn) - One of the main reasons I bought a Saturn... and still own one
Black (PS2/Xbox) - Love the graphics and gameplay. Short campaign but fun while it lasts
Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance (PS2) - After MK4, this game was like a revelation. Love it

Re: Which games have you never get tired of playing?
Maybe not five years worth of play, but I'm always finding myself coming back to these-
-Black Tiger (arcade). One of the greatest arcade games I've ever played. Very challenging, but feels well balanced. pretty rare for most arcade games released around this time.
-Any of the NES Mega Man games. 2 is my fav with it's GODLIKE music.
-Q*Bert (Nes Ver.) Played this one my whole life. Love this game to death and it's sequels.
-Super Mario Bros. 3. Like Q*bert, it's one of my childhood favs. One of my favorite examples of the perfect video game.
-Power Blade (NES). Great action and amazing soundtrack.
-Sumo Fighter (GB). One of the more quirky and unique games I've played. Really enjoy this one even though it feels a little glitchy in spots. (dat stage 3-3 boss..)
Low G Man (NES). Another addicting action game with some interesting gimmicks. I've always been a sucker for KID's NES games, like G.I.Joe and Isolated Warrior.

Re: Which games have you never get tired of playing?
Rumble Racing (PS2) This game literally has never gotten old. At least once a year for the past ten years or so I've put the game in, wiped my memory card save with everything done and completely replayed it. Such a good game.
Counter Strike (PC) This doesn't really need an explanation, lol.
Twisted Metal 4 (PS1) For some reason this game is just a riot, because of that one map they added which is just a bunch of destructable floors. So you have to abuse hyperspace and hope to not die. So much fun.
Minecraft (PC) Since the Tekkit pack has come out, there are literally endless things to do in this game.
League of Legends (PC) I hate this broken excuse for a game, but sadly cannot stop playing it. The satisfaction of winning a game singlehandedly makes up for 5 bad games in a row.
