I'm using MAME64.

Did you try Googling "Joust White Green ROM MAME"? That brings up a few results.

Thanks. /idiot
No idiots here! I am using MameUI32. Search for that and you'll find the place to get it.
If you need anymore help, PM me.

Final Burn is a CPS-2 emulator, but I don't know if it does anything else but that (has it expanded?)

Thanks to all your help, I got my MAME running. You guys are great! I'm using MameUI32, as ExedExes suggested.

Here's my next question: How are you all taking screencaps? Print Screen gave me nothing but a black image, and my program doesn't appear to have a macro for this sort of thing.

I won't have time to play again before the deadline, so here's my best entry:

I think I was up to wave 13, but I'm not sure. I may have reached the third egg wave, which would put me closer to 15 or 16, but... I honestly can't remember.

And I haven't broken 90,000 since then, so sometimes you just get luckier than others.

You know, I participated because I love this particular game, but I might join for future weeks. I really enjoy this idea -- especially because I am woefully undereducated in the arcade department and it would give me some learnings!
