The one good thing about the noise is i can tell if its going to boot up a game. If it sounds like its grinding rocks its all good.... If you hear nothing or just a faint spin it wont...lol
Curtsy when you walk by that Dreamcast

Also when you get another random battle in Skies of Arcadia. Gaaah I used to hate that sound.

@ bacardipr05 - No worries, the Dreamcast is solid, it just has the unique characteristics. :D

UPDATE:
The dreamcast had arrived, about 2 days after i got it, i unplugged and replugged the controller from the DC i had to fix for a friend when it was turned off, then the controller ports didnt work, made them work again by twisting the fuses on the controller board and now it owrks again!

Also bought and recieved 2 New in the box 1st-party controllers (The controllers were even sealed in the bag and the foam part was still around the plug!) and a new CIB VMU, though the VMU is an NTSC unit, it works without a hitch on my PAL DC

Im going to buy Legacy Of Kain Soul Reaver, i already got RE-Volt and Roadsters, the latter of which is an absolute shitgame, while RE-Volt got me very hooked!

Does anyone know a way of making the plastics turn white again since the DC is a bit off-colour, should i make some Retr0bright myself?

and how do i remove scratches from the surface of the plastic, its pretty beat up in some places.
