What did you dream last night?...

The last dream I remember was...

I was lost in school, but my school was also now an airport, which jumbo planes and everything. these odd creatures roamed the terminal, and I was late for class.

That's about the just of it.

I don't remember any specific imagery of my dream last night but it was something extremely stressful. I woke up feeling sick. It was something about my life being a failure, which is kind of ridiculous because my life isn't a failure and I have a lot to be thankful for.

I've had several dreams like this over the past couple months. It's ironic to me because when I was a kid and I had nightmares they were about something really grandiose, like a narrative involving monsters and kidnappers and alien abductions. I feel like now that I'm an adult I get to have extremely boring nightmares without any special effects in them. This sucks.

And finally remembered Bruce Campbell was his name. @*#& kept me up all night.

I was playing a videogame in someone's house. In the videogame there was a big balcony that looked like an exact copy of the one in the house where I was playing. The game was very immersive and I felt like I was really on the virtual balcony. On the balcony there was a grill with spareribs. I tried one and they were super tasty!... Then I found out I could eat an infinite number of spareribs while in the game, as long as I didn't use any cheats. Once I used a cheat, the spareribs would be gone forever... I thought this was a superb idea from the creators. Buy a game, and get an infinite number of spareribs for free with your purchase. On top of that, noone would want to cheat. What a great way to sell a game!...

I was already looking forward to their next game...

I dreamed I was in a shopping mall with my family. I stopped at a kiosk which sold video games. In this kiosk, they had a Nintendo 3DS demo with a Metroid Prime 3D game in it. I began playing and enjoyed it. The graphics were stunningly good, with really smooth models and detailed shaders and textures. The 3D effect made Samus's helmet look like I was really inside it. Then I looked up an for some reason there was a bed with a queen sized mattress in the middle of the store space and I was laying on it. The lights were out and my family had gotten bored and gone to look at something else. I got off the bed in the middle of the store and took off after them.

Yesterday I dreamed that I was playing Donkey Kong Country, and this annoying guy I know from my school was there and he was trying to tell me that it wasn't DKC, when it really was. Then he was complaining that I didn't own Gauntlet, when I do. After that we were gonna play Halo but my Xbox was broken and dusty.

I practically never dream about videogames, and haven't had any dreams at all lately, but the videogame-related dream that's stuck with me the most was one I had when I was 12.

I was in my house, walking into my bedroom, when I saw that I now had an oXbox. I was quite pleased, because at the time I only had a PS2 IRL and nothing else except a PC. I really wanted an oXbox, 'cause I thought they were wickedly cool. Anyway, I started playing, and I got sucked into the game I was playing or something. Turned out, the Xbox was all part of a conspiracy to control minds. There were little men in a control room observing me and whatnot (inside the TV). Rather a disappointment.

I haven't remembered a dream since I stopped doing polyphasic sleep. Monophasic sleep just plain sucks and is inefficient but that's what I do now since my schedule isn't flexible.

The last dream I remember having was while I was taking a 8 minute nap in my car. In the dream, I was just casually walking down a street. It was extremely fucking vivid and real. I seriously thought it was real life. Anyway, a car comes down the street and is about to hit me. I couldn't get out of the way fast enough so I tried to jump on top of the car.

Since the dream was so real, I actually jumped in real life! I was sleeping in the driver's seat of my car and I had lifted my legs up, hitting the bottom of the steering wheel. The impact and sound woke me up, and I was freaked the fuck out for a moment, until I realized what had happened. >_>

I really miss polyphasic sleep...

Last night I had a dream, and I was in a relatively small room with a zombie. It looked mostly human, but it had red skin. Anyway, I knew in the dream that this particular zombie was a new type of zombie called a chairman. I was trying to subdue it before it could attack me so I started throwing the chairs in the room at it (the chairs were actually not related to the fact that the zombie was called a chairman in any way). However, the zombie rapidly blocked all of the chairs that I threw at it. When I finally landed a hit in its gut, it took of its shirt to reveal metal objects on its torso. At that point I realized that this type of zombie was capable of affixing metal objects to its skin in order to protect itself.

After that I was standing on a street in a neighborhood. The street was extremely hilly, with lots of extremely steep hills close together with houses on them. The sun was setting rapidly, and suddenly my whole body launched forward in a prostrate position. I flew down the street, and at the end of it there was a carnival. At that point I suddenly realized that I was actually in one of the layers of hell. Despite that realization, there wasn't really anything alarming or disturbing about the carnival, hell was just a random detail in the dream.

Last night I dreamt that I was hitting on a well-known porn star (who wasn't actually a porn star in the dream), but my friend, who was with us, kept interrupting and wanting us to go get some lunch.
