Truth: During college I always had a bottle of Tabasco and Pepto in my backpack. To you living in the South, face it, Texas Pete is vinegar with a very cute drop of hot.

Its funny, I take hotsauce hot, and jalapeno/chipotle hot like its nothing, but curry gets me every time (in more ways than one)

Probably because it is made in North Carolina.

People love it 'round these parts. To me there is no real heat to it, just salty colored vinegar.

Put some bacon, artichoke hearts, and feta on that and you have a real winner.
