I agree with you. Even now, I know this topic is old, but emulation on an xbox is just awesome. Xbox Media Center is great. The xbox for me is no longer a gaming device, lately it's just a media center. My point is, the xbox is more than just an xbox. Even today with the Xbox360 out the 360 cannot do what a modded box does (in homebrew ofc not graphics, lol). If anyone needs help modding then I will be happy to help.

I learned how to solder trying to solder my Chameleon (I moved to the Xenium) modchip on my xbox and have gone on to solder in my car, various computer ( I put a PSX port on my pc for the controller), and solder in cars now. You can buy a solderless modchip which are really great.

It's a good investment if your wondering what to do with some money or if your really looking to have that old school feel on a tv instead of a monitor. (Unless you have a gigantor monitor, lol)

P.S. On some emulators you can configure a rumble into older games. Example: My game characters life bar is decreasing, well I can configure it so that as it decreases or it is decreased the controller will rumble. Or maybe some rumble in older Shmups in Commodore? Awesome, I tell you.
