I love those days. Man that feels good.
Today was one of those days for me too. Bringing home a fat paycheck on top of it is just fantastic.

I felt like I had a great day today myself, I found 10 dollars at work on the property (I work in a small office of only 6 people including me) while walking. Finished paying off a 4 year loan and even found out what amount my paycheck is tomorrow due to all the extra overtime I had for the past couple of weeks. Christmas is coming early I can tell ya.

I had a good day too, mostly becasue I went into the office for the first time in about three weeks and put in a somewhat full day of work (9:30-3:30 filled with one on one meetings, mostly) for the first time since mid May. It felt good to get out of the house for a bit and take care of some stuff on campus that needed my attention. :D

If we're quoting some people, here's what one of my friends had to say about dubstep today:

"My age is definitely starting to show. Dubstep seems to be quickly becoming a new, very popular form of music. But to me, it just sounds like a broken air conditioning unit having freaky monkey sex with a printer from the early 90's."

Part of the problem is that the high profile examples most people know aren't very good or are just plain lazy 'remixes' created by a bored inexperienced person and slapped up on YT for the world to hear.

I like the really weird minimalistic style myself, like Loefah or whatever. I have no idea how I discovered some of this stuff, haha. Still nothing I really listen too that often though.

But yeah the weird dark ambient stuff is kind of nice.

Most shitty dubstep is spawned in America. That's an important distinction.
