Dude, thanks! This is perfect. I'll give these tunes a listen tomorrow for sure.Hobie-wan wrote:Not necessarily unknown or jazzy, but some suggestions anyway. I went a little off the rails there, but whatever.Ghudda wrote:Can anyone throw me some Drum and Bass suggestions? Maybe some lesser known stuff. I really enjoy classic 90's D&B with more acoustical, jazz breaks. I love Cujo (Amon Tobins original alias), classic Goldie, Hospital Records stuff, Squarepusher, etc.
Either direct, specific YouTube tracks or album names would be awesome!

Jason Derulo - Trumpets
Amazingly bad lyrics.
Amazingly infectious song.
Did you know his name is actually spelled Jason Desrouleaux? His stage name is a phonetic spelling.

Excellent. I've been really into some synthwave stuff recently as well. Powerglove finally re released their Farcry 3 Blood Dragon soundtrack on Vinyl and I REALLY need to pick it up. I recently discovered this group called Makeup and Vanity Set under this label called Telefuture and I think you may like them. They also did a re release of this album 88:88 which I was able to snag which i've really enjoyed.the7k wrote:I gotten into retrosynthwave or whatever the kids call it, so I've been listening to that.

Elliott Smith - Either/Or

Genre: Indie Folk
Put on Elliott Smith randomly sometimes and turn it off when I'm depressed. Really miss this dude, he made phenomenal music.
