BoneSnapDeez wrote:Any difference between NES Remix Pack (Wii U) and Ultimate NES Remix (3DS)? I picked up the 3DS game today; if they're virtually identical I'll skip the Wii U game.

From Wikipedia:
Ultimate NES Remix is a Nintendo 3DS game featuring a select compilation of games and challenges from the first two Wii U releases. It uniquely features Speed Mario Bros., which is the entirety of the original Super Mario Bros. running at a much faster speed. Ultimate NES Remix also has a new mode known as Famicom Remix, which is unlocked by getting all the stars from the original missions. It has all the missions from the original mode, but all the games featured runs on the original Famicom hardware.

Thanks. Seems like the 3DS game will hold me over for now.

Is there any agreed upon way to "beat" this thing?

This better not be a april fool's joke...if so it's planned so perfectly and i kinda want to take the bait of...mostly because the Apr 16 date is the one that bugs me so much. I've debated in dates past why DK64 never got a re-release(and onto a console where that stupid expansion pack wouldn't be required) and was honestly hoping for a 3ds release. I know rare said they honestly didn't care so I wonder what held nintendo up for so long into getting this one out especially since it's such a great game(even if flawed to needing that pak)...

Well yeah but I saw it pop up in my email and did a double take considering it was posted on the 1st...weird that DK64 took so long though, I know it had some issues on the original system so I was starting to wonder(even though I have it physically if they put it on 3ds I might consider buying it once I find my 3ds...)

So, apparently, there's a glitch with the newest MewTwo DLC, that causes the save file to corrupt. No one can get online now, if they've played Multi-Man Smash with everyone, and MewTwo.

Since the Deus Ex announcement I committed to finish Human Revolution. I got pretty far in and just stopped playing all of a sudden. Now I want to finish it and see how they incorporated the DLC and then do a ghosting play through later on.

The DLC section is a huge highlight and is well placed. Top notch stuff.

When I played the Director's Cut on PC it was awesome being able to stealth through the bosses. And doing the DLC without any augs completely ghost was a lot of fun.
