I picked up some more PS2 games while I still can at Gamestop.

Fatal Fury Collection Vol. 1 - $5.39
NeoGeo Battle Coliseum - $3.59

Both games were in perfect condition or else I wouldn't have bothered.

Had never heard of little samson before. . . now I want it dammit! At least now I know if I see that one at a flea market to grab it.

There was an asian guy there selling games and I'm pretty sure he thought everything he had was little samson. That or filled with diamonds.

I said in another thread that I would just as soon find the game Arcana Heart as I would find Klonoa 2 and Zone of the Enders 2. I then sarcastically said that they would probably all be sitting next to each other. The next day, I found all three, sitting next to each other on a store shelf, along with Guilty Gear X2, for a total of $30. That is just freaky. Needless to say, I jumped on that faster than Niode on Kaz Hirai.

Just ask around! I always knew this guy had a NES but I just found out that he got it for free. So I said he should give it to someone who will use it, and he took my advice :D
And he just gave me four boxed games!

Not any super finds, just regular prices. I probably wouldn't even mention it but it comes with a funny story.

All for $5 each:
Jak II (PS2) CIB
Quake III (PS2)CIB
Doom (32x) cart only
Mission: Impossible (N64) cart only

...and one was free because I have that Play N Trade insider club thing. The funny story is when the guy was ringing me for the games, we started talking about 32x. I said, "Yeah, I own one but don't have any games so I figured I should pick one up." Then I mentioned that I feel there aren't any good games for the system and he cuts me off and says, "Sonic & Knuckles!" Then he goes on to tell me it was the first game for the system and the best game for the system, but it still holds a used price of $50 lol. I didn't even bother to correct him, but I wanted to be like, "DUDE! S&K was on GENESIS, you're thinking of Knuckles Chaotix. And I wouldn't pay $50 for that game if doing so would save my life!

Check all the NES carts to try and find one with an adapter (this is the store I found mine in) but no luck as usual. I guess that really was a lucky find.

But the guy mentioned that he was there just helping out and that he owns a Play N Trade that isn't too far from me. He mentioned that they have a HUGE retro section, and he claims it's the biggest on the island. I'll have to go there one day and check it out. But these kinds of places put high price tag on common games just because it's a popular title. For example, there was a copy of Killer Instinct of SNES there today with a $20 price tag.

Then I stopped off at the GameStop on the way back and got a mint used copy of MGS4 for PS3 for $10, and Jak & Dexter loose for $5. Decided to sign up for that GameStop club. So all in all it was a pretty eventful gaming run for me, since I tend to buy online 99% of the time.

Both at Gamestop and both PS2 HDAdvance install compatible.
Both of these under five dollar games are complete with manual!

Now is the time to get PS2 titles at Gamestop. So many at a great price!

PS2 Turok Evolution = $3.99
I played the N64 FPS version a while back. :D
