Had a lot of luck with Gamecubes this month got another really nice bundle for cheap.

Picked up on of the older Purple Gamecube with the Digital AV output(if I ever find component cables at a decent price), two like new purple official controllers, and two third party 64 mb memory cards. Almost didn't ask the price since I just picked up my third one the other day ,but figured wth. They wanted $5 for all of it . Gave them $10 since it was well worth that. When I got home and was checking it out a little further I found a copy of Mario Kart Double Dash inside .

Their recent output has been less than stellar, though. Both the most recent Star Ocean and Exist Archive are apparently stretched out quite a bit. I guess I'll find out soon on the latter, since I ordered it not too long ago for cheap.

I really didn't care for Star Ocean: Second Story. I kept waiting for it to get good, and it just never did. All of these cool characters who (at least for the most part) get instantly dropped from a story perspective once you do their little sub-story (if you manage to stumble across it). The lack of how you could really customize how your AI partners act was a real pain as well. Maybe it just hasn't aged well for me, but I perservered into the second disk and even then it just couldn't hold me.

I'll have to give Infinite Undiscovery another try. I didn't really gel with it in the first hour or two, but if it gets better then I'll have to give it that benefit of the doubt at least for one more attempt.

I'm also really hoping I'll like Resonance of Fate. Silly title aside, it does seem to be one of their better-liked games.
