Gotcha. I am on the same page now. While I love splitscreen and hate that it is dying off, I would be ok with it if I could have a lan mode in every game. I have no issue buying two copies of the game if it is worth it for coop. But since splitscreen is dying and lan is nonexistant, well this all sucks.

Two of the major FPS franchises (Halo and CoD) have traditionally allowed split screen; online and offline. Co-op in FPS's are something I've spent a lot of time with and it will be a shame not to be able to share the full Splatoon experience.

Bogus, you do bring up some good points. Maybe the Wii U couldn't run the game well enough to satisfy Nintendo devs (especially considering it's their M.O. to keep games running as smoothly as possible).

"Irregardless" is incorrect and does not make sense. You should use "regardless" instead.

I find "alot", "thru", and "2" to be far more egregious errors than irregardless.

But those arent necessarily errors, but more abbreviation. Alot is the only error of the 3.

On topic, I am glad, or really more apathetic to splitscreen going away, especially with widescreen TVs.

I picked up Tank Tank Tank at gamestop. Amazon prices have started to climb and I didn't want to pay over $30. I really should have gotten it when it was less than $20 new on amazon but whatever...

I'm enjoying this title as it's reminiscent of some of those wacky titles you'd find in the Dreamcast library.

I did the same thing this morning. (I cleaned out some "trash" games in my trunk for $17 in trade credit and grabbed Tank! Tank! Tank! for about $6.) I have seen copies of the game at a lot of Gamestops recently, and I suspect it received a reprint at some point in the last month or so.
