Nice, I'm going to have to keep my eye out for these...I've just been getting into the genesis area lately and honestly with almost every library I have no clue what to play still there's just so much that can be played on all the systems I own. Definitely not going for complete but having some of these sounds awesome down the road ^_^

Thanks for pointing out that Sub-Terrania game, one I'll definitely pick up on my next visit to the retro store. The Gravitar association hooked me to look for that cavern game. I played Atomic Runner on Mame, look for Chelnov.

Has John tried out Red Zone, a similar top down scrolling search and shoot. Only one life, but at least there are Invincibility and Level cheats; even an Asteroids Cheat. Now if there were a way to stop the count down missile launch to give more time to find a way thru the barriers. The Cheats below can be printed to slip in the game case or taped to the back of cart with non fiber clear packing tape "lamination".

SEGA GENESIS RED ZONE

Invincibility ....... Asteroids Game
BAABAACBCAA ... ABCACACBCAC

Level Normal ..... Invincibility
1 ACCCBCABBAB . BAABAACBCBA
2 ABACBCBCABA . ABBBABACBBC
3 ACCCBCABBCA . BAABAACBCBA
4 ABACBCBCACC . ABBBABACBAC
5 BAAABBBCCBB . BAACAABAACA
6 ABBABCAABCA . ABBCAACACCC
7 BAAABBCAAAA . BAACAABAABA
8 ABBABCAACAC . ABBCAACACBC

Anybody else on Racketboy collect the GBA? What other games would you recommend new GBA collectors get Day 1?

You forgot to mention that with that link cable you can use the gba as a controller for the gameboy player(which honestly sounds super enticing at this point because it's just weird playing on the gamecube controller especially since the d-pad feels weird on gb games...

Great Video!

The GBA games known already playable on the big screen with the Gamecube and GBA Player. But aha, play games such as GBA Gunstar Super Heroes or Metal Slug Advance with an Arcade Stick on the Gamecube! Taken further, get a PlayStation controller adapter for a huge range of specialized controllers for Gameboy games.
