Well I'll stop pestering with questions, let us know if you figure out what was wrong with it or how the return process looks like. I'm curious if anyone else on here will have issues.

My return process will be to drive to NJ in the morning. They've assured me that A) it sounds like I have a replacement-worthy console and B) they will have them for those purposes

been following this thread all day, sorry to hear of your troubles dsh, I would have honestly thought that after last gen's crazy high failure rate, both MS and Sony would be making doubly sure that these consoles were rock solid. On top of the HDMI issue, I hear there are a lot of PS4's overheating already, and needing to cool off before being able to play again.
