Just got some Tarmvred in the mail. This EP is a mix of chiptune and industrial.
Viva 6581 (as in the C64 SID 6581 chip)
If you explore further, he's generally industrial/breakcore/noise with the occasional ambient bit, those that have liked the Enduser stuff I've posted will probably like Tarmvred.

One could listen to the Philp Glass (and Pink Floyd) inspired soundtrack for the C64 game Delta or someone has done a nice Cliff Notes version of Koyaanisqatsi music that sounds like it is coming out of a C64.
