Virtual On: Oratorio Tangram for Dreamcast (IMHO)
and I thought I was the **it when I had Xenophobe, a late release for the Atari 7800, but that's only a "4" grade on Atari Age rarity

My rarest game is either Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for Playstation 2 or Dragonball Gt Final Bout (Original black label from 1997
)
Maybe Legend of Zelda Skyward Sword Collector's Edition too, I left mine sealed!
Idk if it's rare but I have a copy of DBZ hyper dimension for snes/sfc that I adore which I figure is kind of rare stateside

I've got some stuff like Dragon Force and Guardian Heroes both CIB, Clay Fighter 63 1/3 Sculptor's Cut - C, Jack Bros and Water World - CIB and a CIB NEO GEO AES Gold, but my favorite rarities are my NES games. I've got a sealed and graded TMNT for the system and these gems (as well as others):

Somewhat rare to have all of those NES titles. Extremely rare to have Panic, Samson AND Dinosaur Peak w/super labels like that. Excellent job.

Personally, I can't imagine what better way to test your friend's patience than creating a Fire'n Ice room for them to fail.

actually i own magic knight rayearth for the saturn too and that only had a production run of 15k and panzer dragoon saga has a 30k run

All of those games are in excellent condition except Zombie Nation. Its in misleadingly bad condition compared to what it seems like in that photo. Several of those were bought on Ebay as a gamble with no picture and crappy descriptions too, price was great so I took a shot. Worked out great everytime except with the Zombie Nation which I'd like to upgrade.
I'm especially happy with the Flintstones 2 condition though
