It gets used in bunches, then dies off. Occasionally one-off threads pop up where this would be helpful if it were stickied. It's borderline sticky worthy imo...
Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
Is there any interest in foreign language threads/sub-fora?

How about a dedicated "Portable system" sub-forum?
Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
Hard to justify. Sony, sega, and Nintendo made most of the portables worth noting and we got that covered.Opa Opa wrote:How about a dedicated "Portable system" sub-forum?
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

And now that we have an Amiga guide, we really need a Commodore 64 one. Someone around here has to know enough about it.
Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
I posted a few smaller articles concerning the Commodore series scattered thru out the Forum. Might pop up in a search since the C64, VIC20 or SX64 are not as popular compared to game consoles. I own a few Commodores including a few rarities; listed in my signature link. If anyone has questions on anything Commodore give me a yell.BoneSnapDeez wrote:I agree.noiseredux wrote:the site needs a CD-i guide. I just realized how little I know about that console.

I think I might have suggested this before, a recent Thread made me think of this again.
The Black Bar at the top might be passed up by most visitors, maybe because it looks like a row of descriptions stating what the site is about? There are great articles hidden in there that many might miss since the bar does not really stand out as clickable buttons. Moving the mouse cursor to the top does allow a slightly higher highlight, but I think many new visitors might not even do that since it looks like a description bar.
The bar looks good below the blue Racketboy Title, but maybe give each section prominent "Click" Buttons? Maybe a contrasting rounded frame around each section to clearly show they are clickable?

It's looking like we need a Bethesda games sub-forum.
Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
Do we have a thread for guide suggestions? Or requests? I vaguely remember one. Oh well, I'll just post here.
I would enjoy a "Games that defined the PSP" article.

Re: Official Racketboy Suggestion Forum Thread
In light of the discussion in another thread, I'm gonna raise the idea again that we should have an Atari subforum. Here was the post i made last year showing some numbers about why I thought this was a good idea: http://www.racketboy.com/forum/viewtopi ... 79#p647679
More than that, though, noise and I want an Atari subforum and that should be enough of a reason
