I got a free NES Power Pad and a free N64 steering wheel today! Unfortunately, the pad doesn't work; it doesn't register any button presses. :(

therefore i have to question your judgment for buying from him... you may end up regretting it later if the games are in disgusting condition or are just all crap titles. $80 is not a cheap purchase for nes stuff.

My advice, next time do some browsing on craigslist for a better deal on something you can see in person before purchasing.
