probably because the main host only has SSF4 edition mode in the lobby.

You seem to have the throw mechanics to a tee.. It's very crucial for this game when someone tries to cross you up etc.. BUt I am very very rusty myself.. NOt that I was ever good.. I could never even FADC consistently..
