There's some amazing stuff in there like "Birthday Boy" but as far as their 'early' stuff goes, I really prefer The Pod and Pure Guava. (Note: I'm using 'early' to mean 'the albums where they only sing in sped up or slowed down voices, haha).

My favorite album would have to be... a tie. Between Chocolate & Cheese and The Mollusk, but I think I'd give the nod to The Mollusk. One time I watched Cabin Boy synced up w/ The Mollusk. I recommend it and I don't.
GWS is my *love.* So there. 8)

The Mollusk is definitely my second favorite Ween album. The way they skip between genres is seriously so impressive.

This is accurate! "All" was also the name of the Descendents last studio album. I never got into it though.

yeah. Bill Stevenson, Karl Alvarez and Stephen Egerton w/ Dave Smalley (of Dag Nasty and DYS) at first, then Scott Reynolds, then Chad Price.

one of my biggest regrets is not going to the Riot Fest pre-show a couple years ago in chicago where All did two sets, one with Scott/Dave and one with Chad. Descendents played the actual fest. i've still never seen the Descendents :(

just watched NIN's "Broken" video, which I don't think I've seen since I was in my first year of college or so. I appreciate the level of "fucked up shit" on display in the video, and really haven't come across other bands since who are willing to go to these kinds of depths for the sake of art. If they exist, what don't I know about that I should check out?

So I didn't realize that Hello Hooray was done by Alice Cooper.

*puts on flame suit*

The Pig cover is much better and fuller sounding IMHO. I prefer the "Extra Large" mix, but that's not on YT.

Rolf Kempf's orignal version is better than AC's as well IMHO.

*ducks*
