Yea, we always expect more failures at launch, but we also expect to not get one of the failed units.

Yeah. I hung up. Don't like banking on the 2 hour drive to a Sony Store, but not sure what other option I have since I can't even talk to someone at Sony's support line.

Make that four out of five friends who have dead units. The newcomer on the list had his die when downloading the update for CoD Ghosts. Now it will not display anything.

Just called two more who stated theirs are working fine. So it is just a rocky start.
