*They are only open Wednesday and Saturday. On Wednesday from 3 pm to 9 pm and Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm.*

This place is a mini Comic-Con. It's a 70,000 square foot warehouse filled with vendors exclusively selling vintage collectibles such as games, toys, sports memorabilia, anime stuff, Yugioh cards, etc.

This place is awesome! Super Video Bros is perhaps the best VG booth in the entire complex. Its somewhat sad though that their prices aren't as competitive as they used to be. Still a great store though!

Exactly. I got a good deal from them on Wednesday. The guy is nice too. Unlike some of the others. Ya, their prices aren't crazy but it's definitely a fun place to go.

New place opened up 5 minutes from my parents house on Long Island!
There's a catch though, it's only open a select few hours on the weekends unless you schedule an appointment. It's located in a basement with TONS of retro games. I will be giving a review in a week or so when I go check it out. The pictures (unfortunately only available on facebook) show it to be well stocked and quite amazing. It truly is a "trading post" rather than a store.

This guy has been great to me so far, which is really odd for me as I haven't really cared for any PPM or Mega Media Exchanges i've been in before. Friendly guy with mostly fair to good prices and willing to haggle and give you a deal now and again. At the moment the store is a little hard to spot from the highway, but it's worth seeking it out, as you can get some great stuff here.

I went to 2 new stores today, both in the same general location.

J&W Video Games
Booth 49 on 3rd Ave. in the USA Fleamarket (open Fri/Sat/Sun 9am-4pm)
11721 US Highway 19
Port Richey, FL 34668

Retro game stores in my neck of the woods are few and far between, and apparently this one has been around for a few years. Go me  They are only open weekends, but if you go to their Facebook page, they get fresh stuff in every week. Great selection of games for nearly every console, but the prices can be hit or miss (mainly on the good side, though). They are inside the USA Fleamarket on "3rd Ave." (they have street names for the various areas inside there)

While you're there, there's also Da Game Spot, in Booth 66 on South St.

I was only in there for a few minutes. They have some retro stuff, but more modern from what I saw. They are under new management, so give them a try too.

The Play N Trade on King Street in Layton, Utah is now gone. Drove by there last week and it's now some other store :(

I really hate to do this to you, but according to J&W Video Games' Facebook site, they're moving and expanding to 2 booths in the USA Fleamarket starting this weekend. You'll have to amend "Booth 49" to read "Booth 68 & 70", but that's it. They're still on 3rd Ave inside the fleamarket, just a location change. That's good to see they're doing that much business to have 2 booths there now.

Also, please put their Facebook page at the bottom of the entry. They update it every week with the new stock they get as well as that location update I just mentioned here.

:!: Another PlaynTrade about to close. Went there last Friday and the sales clerk mentioned they will close either Monday or Tuesday. She mentioned an independent might buy their inventory after they close and possibly open in a new location. Anyone in their account list will get an EMail once the new owner gets situated. I picked up a couple of games and a very different PS1 controller which I'll post in the next round of Finds. Hopefully find a few more, I'll go there again today for a last look.

lisalover1, I'd like to first say what a great directory this, and what a useful resource it is for all of us retro gamers here on racketboy.

I'd like to offer some updates for Texas, particularly the Houston area, where I live.

- The 3D Games in Katy Mills Mall is, from everything I understand, no longer open. However, they do have a location at the Deerbrook Mall in Humble, TX:

20131 Highway 59 N Ste. 2220
Humble, Texas 77338
(281) 446-9197

- I'm one of the Assistant Store Managers at the Houston Game Over at 59 & Edloe. Game Over has added a lot of stores in the past few years, and they are as follows:

Arlington, TX - DFW:

4648 S Cooper St, Suite #240
Arlington, TX 76017
817-468-4263

Austin, TX - South:

3005 S Lamar Blvd, Suite #B-105B
Austin, TX 78704
512-326-GAME (4263)

Houston, TX - Bay Area:

587 W Bay Area Blvd
Webster, TX 77598
281-554-5637

San Antonio, TX NW 1604:

11654 Bandera Rd, Suite #103
San Antonio, TX 78250
210-682-GAME (4263)

San Marcos, TX:

1504 Aquarena Springs Dr, Suite #110
San Marcos, TX 78666
512-878-GOVG (4684)

And of course we've also got our online store at http://www.gameovervideogames.com

- I'd like to add a +1 rating for Player 1 Video Games - their owner Mike is an awesome, laid back guy who I always like shooting the breeze with whenever I'm in the store. They're not a chain so you know what gets traded in to them stays in their store instead of being picked up for sale in say another store or the online store (which is a problem we have at GO). They've got some stupid rare stuff there too - the last time I was in they had copies of Aero Fighters for the SNES and Bonk's Adventure for the NES.

I realize this is a lot for my first post, but I just wanted to add some of my knowledge of my area/the company I work for. Thanks for your time!
