Talk about just about anything else that is non-gaming here, but keep it clean

Worked on my car and got a few new PS1 games today. I'm a happy camper.

A lot of my Wii games are unopened too. Usually I like to open stuff as soon as I get it, but I've got so much else to go through that I just haven't gotten to them yet. Most of that is because I got quite a few of them around Christmas and I want to play them, but I don't want to start another game when I haven't finished the one's I've already started. I like to look at it as it'll give me something to look forward to once I finish them.

Well, that happened to me with Lost in Shadow, I realized a couple of days ago that I've had it for like 4 months now and haven't so much as taken it out of the case. I figured my Wii could use the attention so I put the game in. I'm pretty glad that I did. I like the feel of it, it's very reminiscent of Ico and apparently that was just the kind of thing I needed to get me interested in a game right now. I think I might actually finish this one.
Ha... I do this allll the time. I still haven't played most of those NES games you hooked me up with, and I'm keeping Xenoblade sealed. Out of the 183 games I have on Steam, I've played a total of 90 of them.

Perhaps we should do something about our collective backlogs? I've been having trouble getting excited by much other than Galactic Attack ever since I got my Saturn.

Nice.

Absolute Entertainment was not too far from where I was born and raised. They also did development work under "Imagineering Inc." for NES and SNES. They always were proud of the fact they were from Glen Rock, NJ... next town over from me :)

I think if EA rebooted it, they would charge you microtransations for weapons (download the "Chain" pack for only 1$!!), make you sign into some bullshit EA Road Rash Online to play, and make half of the game as an unlock code that only comes with brand new copies.

I'm not jaded or anything though hehehe.
You want the Diablo? $5 (forget that in-game cash now)

That's crazy. I live about 15 min. away from Glen Rock, PA.

I don't know how you people have the willpower to keep games sealed like that.

Now that's pretty bad.
