What was the last movie you've seen?

Here's a great review of the film pointing what's wrong and what's good about it: http://www.dvdverdict.com/reviews/serbianfilm.php

It's an appalling film that shouldn't exist and at the same time I can easily say it's well acted and well shot in gorgeous widescreen.

Downloaded it and... god damn.

It was like a really, REALLY eff'ed up version of Memento. It was actually pretty well done, but even I was grossed out a couple of times. I won't be buying the DVD, in any case. Shit, lol.

Yeah, I watched it with my BFF (She's a woman  ) and we were so grossed out and at the same time hooked on the film. We liked it but it's definetely insane.

I'll buy the Blu-Ray when it gets released on October, if anything as another piece of controversy in my collection.

The Perfect Host. Pretty good if a bit awkward and convoluted-for-the-sake-of-it.

Once Upon A Time in America

**spoilers**
I just saw this movie and thought it was very very interesting, Although it was artistic from the director to juggle time/dates, I think it made a lot of people have a very difficult time to comprehend it.

Any way, any one know what really happened in the end? Why was he smiling?

Sergio Leone is my favorite director, but fuck that ending. There was no need for a twist to an otherwise great film.

Spoilers
But there are so many WTF moments that you can't just say the ending doesn't work. The scene where De Niro moves suddenly to avoid a Frisbee is one and the scene where we supposedly see James Woods character run towards the back end of a garbage truck is another. Then the taillights of said garbage truck turns into a early model car from 20's with drunk youngsters on it. /Spoilers

To honestly say that the ending ruins it just seems ridiculous if you were watching the film at all.
