I noticed the overabundance of ledge-climbing even in the demo I played at BestBuy.dsheinem wrote:That decreases as the game goes, but yeah - that's a bigger "feature" in this one than it was in the last two console titles iirc.lisalover1 wrote:Is it just me, or is about 70% of Uncharted Golden Abyss spent manuvering Drake across some kind of ledge? GA seems like more of a successor to U1 than U3 overall. Compare it to that and it doesn't suck... as badly.lisalover1 wrote:Is it just me, or is about 70% of Uncharted Golden Abyss spent manuvering Drake across some kind of ledge? I swear, it's all I have been doing so far!

TBQH, Uncharted 1 isn't really that great a game. I've played it through twice, and doubt I'll ever do so again. It's one of those games that only seems great until something similar but better comes along, sort of like how THPS1 pales in comparison to TPHS 2-4.GameMasterGuy wrote:GA seems like more of a successor to U1 than U3 overall. Re: Playstation Vita thread
Uncharted 2 definitely shines out of the bunch - the only one whose campaign I enjoyed tremendously enough to play through 4 times.
Re: Playstation Vita thread
I had Lumines hard crash on me this morning! Anyone else have a problem like this yet?

No crashes, but I have had it hang for about a minute when starting a new game..Stark wrote:I had Lumines hard crash on me this morning! Anyone else have a problem like this yet?

Re: Playstation Vita thread
So much for "waiting for a price drop." I broke down and picked one up at Target today. Seems pretty neat so far. The screen is gorgeous. Only problem: there's no games that really excite me. Ys: Celceta no Jukai looks great, but it doesn't even have a Japan release date yet!
The dude at Target was weird and kinda pushy. He kept telling me "you need a memory card! you need a memory card!" I told him I would get one later and he just wouldn't let it go. He then tried to tell me that the PSP didn't use memory cards.

So you didn't get a memory card? How do you save your games?BoneSnapDeez wrote: The dude at Target was weird and kinda pushy. He kept telling me "you need a memory card! you need a memory card!" Some games save on the cart. Don't worry. I PMed him about the card. I've got a spare.
