Game Pros
1416 Mitchell Road #b
Modesto, CA 95351
(209) 204-6632

^This place is legit. Guy's prices are fair, his buy prices are fair, and he stocks anything from NES-WiiU. Definitely THE place to visit if you are anywhere near Modesto (Its actually in Ceres, but calling it Modesto will probably lead to more people checking it out).

Also, this place, which is already on the list:

Game Exchange
Burney St
Modesto

... seriously needs a -1 next to it. It is not only the shittiest game store I have been in, but one of the shittiest retail stores I have been in. You will get $1 credit for a game they will sell for $80, they will write on your game with permanent marker as you buy it, everything is overpriced, they sell knockoff purses, and have tons of animal cages in the back, god knows what for. The emplowees do not socialize with customers, but instead have their eyes glued to Jerry Springer on the tv. Absolute shit. If you are in the area, please go to Game Pros and not this shit hole.

Illinois:

Play N Trade [Elmhurst]:
158 N. York Road
Elmhurst, Illinois 60126
(630) 993-9600

No longer exists, was replaced by an ice cream store during this summer.

Another store though:

Play 'N Trade
1401 W. North Ave.
Melrose Park, IL 60164
(708) 223-0174

This new one is nothing special, they do have a nomad in great shape, and a sealed FF7 black label. Otherwise their retro collection is somewhat small with some higher prices.

Wait, a new PlaynTrade opened? This is encouraging considering all that have closed down. I think the PlaynTrades are the only nation wide used game specific retailer besides Gamestop. Competition always a good thing.

Game Portal

Gastonia, NC 28056

...but these have opened:

G2K Games
4811 Old York Road
Rock Hill, South Carolina 29732
http://www.g2kgames.net/visitourstores/ ... -carolina/

Gamer's Alley
202 Market Street
Cramerton, North Carolina 28032
http://gamers-alley.highwire.com/

Gamer's Alley
3128 Dallas High Shoals Hwy
Dallas, North Carolina 28034

GameSwap
213 North Aspen Street
Lincolnton North Carolina 28092

Save Point Video Games

http://www.savepointvideogames.com/

Video Game World
19812B South Main Street
Cornelius, North Carolina 28031
https://www.facebook.com/VideoGameWorld

I have not visited GameSwap or Video Game World, but I give a hearty +1 to G2K Games, both Gamer's Alley locations, and Save Point Video Games. I also give a +1 to:

Video Game Cavern:
3058 Wade Hampton Boulevard
Taylors, SC 29687-2761
http://www.videogamecavern.com/

I visited it recently, and it had both a great selection and great prices.

This place is awesome! Super Video Bros is perhaps the best VG booth in the entire complex. Its somewhat sad though that their prices arent as competitive as they used to be. Still a great store though!
